This more intimate approach has enabled the development of many rewarding relationships both with pets and owners. We proudly display the cards and letters from satisfied customers n our waiting room. We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of pet owners as our clients. We relish the fact that we are able to provide the customer service and veterinary care that appeals to a wide base of people. We have elderly great grandparents on one end, teenagers taking on the responsibility of their first pet on the other, and of course, everything in between. We believe that is a good barometer to gauge the type of customer care we provide.

Companion Animal Hospital's fifth anniversary under the ownership of Dr. Kathleen Gannon was January 15, 2012 and it was celebrated by reopening as Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic. Our loyal customers continue to provide us with the opportunity grow as a veterinary hospital in Livingston County.

This begins with modern standards of care, focusing on proven preventative medicine. Regular check ups, laboratory screening, elective surgery, dental health and strategic vaccination are the core of our preventive medicine.

Dr Gannon also cares for sick patients. She offers a wide variety of diagnostic and treatment options. There is no one size fits all at Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic. We strive to find a plan that works for the pet and the owner. This includes presenting options make sense financially and medically. Finding the solution that works for the pet AND the owner. We take the time to discuss the options available for diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Gannon came from an extremely busy clinic that had an assembly-line approach. This was not what she wanted at her own practice. Appointments are a minimum of half an hour to ensure personalized care. Only in cases of emergencies are there double-bookings. Our patients appreciate that they are given the personalized care and time they deserve.

Dr. Gannon and the staff at Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic of Hartland thank you for your patronage, support and business over the last four years. We look forward to your continuation in the years to come.

Ore Creek Veterinary Clinic is proud to be serving its clients and patients for its fifth year.
